We seek “Electrical Design Engineer”, for Digital Products in Business Line Transformers, at Transformer Components factory in Istanbul turkey, reporting to the“Engineering Manager” in the factory. You will develop as a technical expert for digital products and solutions to customers.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
• Industrial protocol experience (Modbus, DNP3, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-104, etc) is a plus. 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Experience in PLC programming is a plus.
  A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.

• Completed military service for male applicants.
  

Your responsibilities

• Analyze the client's standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements, when applicable.
• Understand, design and configure Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED), including CoreTec 4 / CoreSense / CoreSense M10, from Hitachi ABB or equivalent after getting technical training.
• Understand the mechanical/electrical aspects of a transformer monitoring project.
• Issue drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria for the purchase. Coordinate manufacturing, testing, and assembly of digital products and their components in accordance with the contractual requirements of customers and accordance with internal procedures.
• Creating product master data and BOMs in SAP.
• Collaborate with the Procurement & Logistics team to ensure that correct suppliers, services, and equipment are available to support the Engineering function.
• Work closely with customers to shape and deliver technical solutions and utilizing feedback to drive the delivery of innovative improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
