Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields,
• At least 5 year experience in a financial planning position
• Excellent command of both written and spoken  English,
• Proficiency in MS Excel,
• Possesses strong leadership skills, strong analytic and judgment capabilities in a complex environment, knows the specifics of working in a matrix organization
• Well developed analytical mindset with ability to communicate complex planning topics and recommendations to key stakeholders,
• Leadership role to direct teams as well as multiple teams and diverse functions,
• Required to provide support in problem solving to all other functions, having strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Assessing the financial performance of projects and advise management team on relevant risks or potential conflicts, ensure alignment with the budget,
• Supporting BUs with financial information at the right time, quality and to the right people to drive decision making,
• Working closely with the teams in collaboration to understand the environment and regulations to be able to assess the financial impact of developments,
• Supporting portfolio reviews and resource allocation process with financial analysis in order to facilitate effective discussions by top management,
• Driving continuous business / financial planning and dialogue with stakeholders,
• Ability to work independently and bring the agile ways of working, empowered decision making and creative mindset to life,
• Idea generation and ability to see ideas through to action.
