QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing related fields,
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in Pharma sector, preferably in an multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English and preferably either in French or Russian
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analyzing, result orientation and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and innovative
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
- Previous product launch experience is a strong asset
- Previous experience in regional marketing is a strong asset
- Having no restrictions to travel
- Provide collaboration within the marketing and management team of the countries and head quarters, whilst setting global strategies in short middle and long term.
- Effective life cycle management in diverse countries with a diverse portfolio.
- Leading cross-functional teams to prepare the region/country for successful life cycle management, considering regulatory steps, R&D and production needs.
- Providing guidance to ensure the effectiveness of marketing investments and manage HQ marketing budget.
- Oversee all relevant marketing tools and internationally organized marketing and medical activities in support of his/her category.
- Ensure successful market access and launch process accross regions/ countries
- Coaching and developing local marketeers.
- Creating and developing international KOLs / speakers bureau.
- Responsible of growth of portfolio/category through assessing business opportunities and continiously tracking and transferring the trends and best-practices among regions/ countries
