JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluating the products /technologies in order to define the capabilities

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involves all relevant technical, analytical and procurement activities and ensures technical feasibility.

• Leading the project over Project Supervisors. Closely follow up the progress of all projects.

• Preparing project timelines / develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Working with partners in order to achieve all key project milestones

• Executing all the critical steps in order to complete the Transfer of Technology

• Reporting on, assessing and analyzing project performance and taking appropriate actions to prevent overruns.

• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Managing and leading technology transfer team across disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, quality, analytics, materials) in time, compliance and budget

• Leading optimization and continuous improvement of technology transfer activities and related processes

• Ensuring resource availability and allocation and balance teams workload accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent

• Demonstrated competence in Project Management through education or experience

• Experience in Manufacturing, R&D or Quality

• Process and understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into actions to meet timelines.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, decision making and result oriented and follow-up skills are essential.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Process management skills, Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred

• Profound knowledge of EU / US GMP guidelines and regulatory standards

• High team spirit and excellent collaborating skills; effective stakeholder management, both in cross-functional internal and external matrix team environment
