Compensations and Benefits Specialist

We’re looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will support us at the Unit of Organizational Development.

 Candidates should have the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Faculties
• At least 2 years experience in one of the following HR processes; compensation and benefits, HR analytics, job analysis systems, performance management, etc.
• Having good level of knowledge and experience in salary surveys and job grading systems of global consulting firms (preferably those of Hay Group, Tower Watsons),
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
• Strong learning agility and analytical capability,
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
• Self-motivated and excellent team player,
• Project management skills,
• Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
• Very good command of both written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Responsible for C&B processes like salary planning, grading and benefits system,
• Following up market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends,
• Developing existing processes and leading projects about Employee Benefits,
• Developing and running recognition and rewards processes and systems,
• Controlling the budget and actual personnel costs on a monthly basis and reporting the deviations,
• Preparing and tracking annual HR expense budget,
• Reporting Human Resources metrics on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Developing HR analytics via models and systems.
