QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for the team mates who will support us at the Unit of Organizational Development. Candidates should have the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Faculties
  • At least 2 years experience in one of the following HR processes; organizational development, job analysis systems, performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR analytics etc.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong learning agility and analytical capability,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player,
  • Project management skills,
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

He/She will be responsible for;

  • Supporting organizational development projects,
  • Working and setting standards in the areas of organization, process, norm staff, workforce efficiency,
  • Creating and updating organizational charts and job descriptions,
  • Running the performance management and talent management processes,
  • Assisting succession planning,
  • Responsible for C&B processes like salary planning, grading and benefits system,
  • Following up market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends,
  • Developing existing processes and leading projects about Employee Benefits,
  • Controlling the budget and actual personnel costs on a monthly basis and reporting the deviations,
  • Preparing and tracking annual HR expense budget,
  • Reporting Human Resources metrics on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and developing HR analytics.
