IT Superintendent

We are looking for a teammate who is suitable for the following qualifications to be appointed as the "IT Superintendent" at the head office of our company in Ankara.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments; Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Informatics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Informatics etc. 
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technologies, SAP Project Management and SAP project management,
• Preferably previously worked as an Analyst or Consultant in SAP projects,
• Having knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP S4 HANA, Hybris modules and SAP, Project Management Tools (Ms Project, Jira, etc.), and Ms Office tools, 
• Experienced in SAP FI / CO / MM / SD / PP / ABAP or similar modules,
• Knows any software language (ABAP, Java, ...),
• Will be able to interpret ABAP codes in SAP Programs,
• Having knowledge and experience in needs analysis, process design, project management for business applications such as ERP, CRM, e-commerce, BI and RPA,
• Good command of PMI, Agile, ASAP, Activate methodologies,
• Good command of English,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented,
• Successful in business tracking and planning.
• Experienced in document management and archive management systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting SAP S4 HANA ERP, 
• Managing the design, development, adaptation, testing and live system processes in SAP applications,
• To provide scope, budget, time and team management of SAP projects,
• Identifying, verifying and documenting user requirements by analyzing SAP business processes,
• Management and follow-up of RFP, RFI processes,
• Providing the documentation and end-user support of the ERP process related to the areas of responsibility in a sustainable manner,
• Providing temporary training and user support when necessary,
• Managing outsourcing and consultancy processes,
• Establishing and implementing Risk Management, Quality Management and Change Management procedures,
• To carry out project closing and project support activities,
• To be able to plan, organize and supervise more than one project at the same time,
• Determining the right resources and making the work planning and the distribution of the team's tasks in a way that will get high efficiency,
• To successfully complete the projects in accordance with the determined qualifications, budget and schedule,
• Proactively predicting and minimizing the risks that may occur during the project,
