Plant Superintendent

We are looking for a “Plant Superintendent” with the following qualifications to join us in the copper enrichment plant of our company in Kastamonu Hanönü region. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc, MSc or higher degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral processing plants, at least 3 years managerial experience,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Preferably experienced in metal mine projects,
• Excellent communication & team leader skills,
• Strong leadership, coaching and coordination skills,
• Mature, highly reliable, open minded and results oriented personality,
• Advance level of MS Office,
• Class B driving license,
• For male candidates; completed military service.
  
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Comply with and sustain occupational health and safety, environment with relevant legislation, regulations and company requirements,
• Follow and supervise the key performance indicators, ensure the shift operation is enhanced,
• Contribute to the development of SOPs,
• Optimize systems to ensure plant performance is monitored, tested and adjusted or modified to maximize Cu recoveries at minimum cost,
• Identify and contribute to the plant improvement and modifications,
• Improve process operational systems, policies, procedures and strategies,
• Providing directions, development and leadership to production employees,
• Developing and controlling production plans and budget,
• Recruitment and management of Process operational workforce.
