Process Technical Superintendent

We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for leading the technical development processes for Acacia Mining Operations as an " Process Technical Superintendent " according to the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc, MSc, or higher degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral processing plants, at least 3 years of managerial experience
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Preferably experienced in metal mine projects
• Excellent communication & team leader skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and coordination skills
• Mature, highly reliable, open-minded, and results-oriented personality
• A visual leadership style of guiding, mentoring, developing, and empowering team members
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions
• Advance level of MS Office
• Class B driving license
• For male candidates, who completed military service

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Comply with and sustain occupational health and safety, environment with relevant legislation, regulations, and company requirements
• Developing operating methods and procedures related to operational, metallurgical, and process engineering tasks. Contribute to the development of SOPs

• Managing the metallurgical laboratory for test work and projects for continuous improvement and plant optimization projects
• Resolving short- and medium-term metallurgical issues associated with the production.
• Setting, monitoring, and reporting on short term metallurgical parameters and control strategies
• Knowledge of metallurgical accounting and reconciliation methodologies to ensure failure-free reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
• Experience in production budgeting and forecasting including consumables monitoring
• Follow and supervise the key performance indicators, ensure the shift operation is enhanced
• Reporting to the Process Manager

• Providing directions, development, and leadership to Engineering Team
• Recruitment and management of Process operational workforce
