GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Being responsible for all end-to-end recruitment and selection functions of bothe internal and external candidates (Preparing job postings, posting ads in appropriate career portals, conducting competency-based interviews and assessment applications, following up offer and on-boarding processes etc.)

·        Taking proactive actions on human resource needs and recruitment methods, coordinating the recruitment process and conducting interviews with candidates deemed appropriate

·        Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and creative recruitment methods to create a talent pool that will meet the current and possible needs of business units in line with the strategies

·        Taking an active role in workforce planning, manpower budgeting and promotion studies

·        Following the exit process, conducting the exit interviews and performing the necessary turnover analysis

·        Taking active role in developing and redesigning of the recruitment current processes and systems

 

QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum 5 years of related experience

•Knowledge on several HR information systems and applications; especially on SAP

•Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as excel, and power point is required

•An open minded critical thinker as well as analytic and data-based decision maker

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•No restriction to travel

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English you will be expected to provide high-quality translations for HR documentation.

•Execution and follow up of the performance appraisal sessions according to the predefined schedule and policy

•Participate in competency modeling and update of performance management system

•Devise and update organizational structure as per the company requirement

•Job analysis and job description creation and regular updating

•Critical position defining and evaluating as well as succession planning, execution and follow up

•Follow up on execution and updating of the HR policies and standard procedures

•Develop methods for HR KPI reporting and HR analytics
