We are looking for a teammate who is suitable for the following qualifications to be appointed as the"Supply Chain Superintendent" at the head office of our company in Ankara.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
• Good level of English reading, writing, speaking skills,
  
• Experienced in system and process analysis, improvement and development,
• Good knowledge of ERP-SAP,
• Has a result-oriented and dynamic structure,
• At least 10 years of experience in Purchasing, Warehouse / Planning and Logistics management,
• Knowing the competitive conditions, high profitability and efficiency understanding,
• Having strong planning and analytical aspects,
• Experienced in team management,
• Able to use MS Office applications effectively,
• High communication skills, strong coordination ability, open to innovation and learning,
• High problem solving and communication skills,
• For male candidates; completed his military service.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures that the technical specification standards for equipment, projects, materials and services to be purchased are determined by the relevant departments and monitors them. Determining the commercial specification standards, preparing contracts and other tender documents, making the tender, ensuring that the contract signed after the tender is shared with the relevant departments.
• Following up the validity periods of the performance and bid bonds received in relation to tenders and contracts and other transactions related to the guarantee, fulfilling the work and transactions regarding the return of the guarantee and work completion certificate in accordance with the procedures.
• Managing the equipment and project procurement contract processes,
• Managing procurement processes for long-term and high-value purchase contracts,
• Ensuring that the conditions / standards of supplier / contractor management, pre-qualification and performance measurement and auditing practices are determined and implemented,
• Supplier / Contractor Purchase / Service etc. ensuring effective execution, monitoring and control of the contract process.
