HR Intern

This role will be an excellent opportunity for students, to gain strong exposure to a number of HR practices and projects, within Accenture.

We are looking for Human Resources Intern:

• 3rd or 4th year university or master program students from Management, Economy, Industrial Engineering or other Social Science departments.
• A genuine interest in Human Resources Management,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical and problem solving skills,
• Minimum 3-4 days availability per week,
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
• Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn.

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing support in administering HR policies and procedures,
• Ensuring accurate and up to date data in HR information system,
• Handling employee requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalating the request to Operations HR Business Partner,
• Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements. (Such as vacation forms, sickness reports  and other employee-related documents).
