Genel Nitelikler

Objective: Promote operations and logistics of main office in Turkey by coordination with the banks, customers and any other related parties. On the realization of the tasks and responsibilities set forth herein below, in general responsible for executing the services in coordination with Legal, Trade Support Services and field inspectors.
 
Basic Qualification and Experience: University degree in an appropriate field. Preferably 5 years work experience in logistics, operations, contracts and reporting for commodity trade and inspection.
 
Essential attributes will include:

• Competent in MS office applications
• Strong  analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and team work ability, able to work under pressure
• Must be a detail oriented person striving for perfection
• Customer focus and relationship management skills
• Energetic, creative, and adaptable
• Result oriented and self-motivated
• Male applicants must have completed their military service

Responsibilities:
 
Overall responsibility: He/she will be responsible for the overall Credit Support tasks, i.e. deal management, planning, order execution (instructing, reporting, etc.) and monitoring of all deals in the country, and will maintain good relations with the contracting parties to effectively carry out ACE Global services.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
  

• Overall supervision, monitoring and progress reporting of country credit support services operations.
• Ensure information required from third parties i.e. the bank, the borrower, suppliers etc is obtained and filed as required.
• On receipt of any sort of instructions from the parties, ensure such instructions are properly executed and reported.
• Keep client service records.
