The Acıbadem Healthcare Group, provides integrated premium healthcare services with Acıbadem Project Management (Hospital Design, Project Management), APlus (Hospital Hospitality Company), Labmed  (Advanced Clinical Lab Company) and Acıbadem Mobile (Mobile Healthcare Services, such as Air & Groud Ambulance).

We are looking for a “Strategy and Business Development Specialist” to work as a team member of the Strategy and Business Development Directorate at our new Acıbadem Ataşehir Headquarters.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree from a leading university in business administration, finance, economics, statistics.

•We are looking at candidates with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years  work experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, auditing, investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A or in related similar fields

•Active engagement in financial modeling/valuation, investment analysis, and preparation of feasibility studies.

•Very good presentation preparation skills

•Preferably with experience in auditing companies. 

•Understanding of financial and accounting principles

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•Strong project management skills

•Can adapt to dynamic work environment and able to multi tasking

•Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

•Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

•Participate in strategic financial planning and forecasting of Group operations

•Provide in-house financial feasibility assessments for new projects and Group’s strategic investments with an independent perspective, conduct financial modeling and valuation

•Participates in the development of the corporation's plans and programs

•Participate in preparing strategic business plans for various investments and entities

•Take active roles in implementing end to end business development process for projects

•Assist the preparation of proposals or agreements

•Manages the reporting of  financial and operational KPI’s to parent company, IHH Healthcare.
