As a member of the Project Management Office, you will work with a diverse group of people across many different business competencies and background.
Our PM Associate will be working with the project leadership team, in support of the comprehensive activities associated with a Project Management Office. The role requires thorough and detailed support of documentation and communications, and efficiency when leading through others and tracking supporting teams? project deadlines. It also requires the ability to concurrently manage multiple duties and priorities.
· Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial or Management Engineering) or similar fields from a reputable university,
· 1-2 years of E2E project management, process management or consultancy experience,
· Experience of JIRA as administrator is a plus,
· PMP Certification is a plus,
· Highly self-motivated as well as a great team member,
· Strong numerical and analytical attitude and be strong in reasoning,
· Strong inter/intra company communication skills especially to be made use of while in meetings, presenting and commenting on presentations,
· Must be a nimble thinker who can be successful in a fast-paced environment,
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills,
· Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
İŞ TANIMI
· Lead small time-limited project(s) or components of larger projects under the supervision of PM,
· Determine requirements, plan projects, establish priorities and monitor progress of assigned projects,
· Update and administer the project plan as required using reports from the PMs, outcomes of project and board level meetings and workshops,
· Work on process mapping, process modelling, standardizing the value-added operational processes and ensuring their integration to technology,
· Assist and support PMO team and taskforce with planning, scheduling, analyzing and documentation,
· Prepare consolidated material from project reports for periodic review,
· Support change initiatives and carry out ad hoc tasks as required,
· Implement agreed changes to improve the team's effectiveness,
