As a Commercial Controller (all genders) you will be,

·        Business partnering: Key Commercial Finance business partner support for EMEAA region.

·        Commercial proformas: Support Commercial team in the development of multi-station new business and multi-station renewal financials and underpinning pricing strategy, and assistance with review & development of locally prepared proformas.

·        Business development: Support with new station business development opportunities within both existing and new countries, including both financials (as part of proforma support outlined above) as well as broader RFP material development.

·        Key account development: Support WFS’ Commercial team with key account development plans and related tracking.

·        Customer & station profitability and related KPI metrics: Development and implementation of profitability analysis and KPI analytics. Help in identifying related improvement opportunities;

·        Commercial reporting & tracking: Maintenance of reporting & tracking on financial impacts linked to new business, renewals, losses & terminations, and execution of price increases.

·        Rebate & incentive reporting: Maintenance of rebates/incentives calculation tracker & related reporting needs, ensuring tracker is synchronised with contractual agreements and liaising with WFS’ affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents and customers when required on calculation guidance and follow-up queries. For a small number of WFS’ global agreements, this will include liaising with  North America team;

·        Post implementation reviews: For  material contracts, assessment of post implementation performance versus original proforma business plan.

·        Forecasting and budgeting: Partnering with Commercial and country teams to review and develop forecasts & budgets for new business, pricing and loss impacts.

·        Ways of working and other ad hoc analysis and improvement projects: Support with other ad hoc Commercial analysis, ways of working improvements and broader improvement projects across the Group.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from University 

3-4 years experience in Big4

Good understanding of finance and reporting processes, IFRS knowledge is an advantage

Strong analytical skills

Good time management skills with detailed and quality oriented

Ability to complete tasks under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English
