We are looking for a '' Architect Global IT Workplace Services '' for our global client who is leader in automotive sector with the qualifications below; 

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in managing a complex and heterogeneous IT architecture of a global multinational.
• BS, Computer Science, or related degree; alternatively equivalent working experience may qualify.
• Microsoft certification (MCSE or equivalent); other vendor certifications on end user computing is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in Information Technology Management with a focus on SCCM, Intune, Imaging, Packaging, Software Distribution, exchange, collaboration, encryption.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft product portfolio (incl. OS, System Center, IIS, SQL, Exchange, DFS, M365, etc.)
• Experience with MDM platforms such as InTune, Airwatch, and IOS/Android mobile OS platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Workplace Computing architectures, management platforms, security patch management, scripting languages such as Powershell, Active Directory group policy, Orchestration, and automation,
• Working experience with cloud and data center products (incl. Microsoft, Amazon and others).
• Knowledge of understanding of virtualization platforms and architectures.
• Experience within end-user hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and understanding of Operational Technology IT architecture.
• Hands-on and working knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, DHCP, DNS, Virtualization.
• Good understand and hand-on experience over Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint.
• Experience within VOIP, Video conference solutions and deployment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate and design technology and implement new IT services (including changed to existing IT products) following IT roadmaps and business-aligned strategy.
• Architect solution for new technology demand following a building block concept aligned with TOGAF methodology.
• Develop, own and execute roadmaps for Workplace Service.
• Develop, deploy and maintain IT Standard Operating Environment (SOE) consisting from hardware and software products and services.
• Facilitate migrations, software rollouts and lifecycle replacements.
• Identify, create, publish and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned technology areas.
• Create and maintain plans for services owned and represented by assigned functions / technology domains.
• Develop and maintain project plans, project updates and related documentation.
• Communicate updates and report to steering committees in a timely manner.
• Identify, evaluate and request operational and investment budgets for assigned technology areas. Follow the approval process for projects and initiatives.
