We are looking for a “Customer Service Representative’’  for our global customer that we are consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2+ years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
  • Good level of English both written & oral
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills,
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment,
  • Use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.,
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.,
  • Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness,
  • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries,
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives,
  • Any other related duties as assigned
