We are looking for a “HR Compensation & Benefits Executive” for our client who is one of the leading players in international market operates .

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of similar work experience,
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge,
• High level of problem solving & communication skills
• Labor Law, Social Security Law knowledge
• Subcontractor management and regulation knowledge
• Ability to maintain strong relationships internally and externally, strong team player,
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset,

• The preparation of the premium reports, following up the reporting of new hires and terminations to the Insurance Company and reporting claims of inpatient & outpatient treatments.

• The following up compensation & benefits of external manpower, including contracts, salary, annual vacation balance and maintains to be in line with company and legal procedures.

• The following up of seniority awards, keeping employee files related to compensation & benefits and following up all legal documents of all employees

• The co-ordination of compensation and benefits subjects of Turkey entities in all related administration aspects. Having frequent and regular contact with the employees, assists Compensation Manager in maintaining and improving good relations, communication, morale, work climate conductive to a harmonious, smooth and efficient operation.

• The follow up of the Expat /International Assignee process and procedures.
