We are looking for a "Credit Analyst" for our customer operating in "Energy" industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a credit role, preferably in commodity trading
• Fluent in English; multiple languages a plus
• Highly analytical and able to problem solve
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable being assertive and making tough decisions
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle BI a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage credit related activities for assigned products
• Assess and evaluate current and new business opportunities
• Provide support to senior management in risk assessment and decision making
• Liaise with Traders, Customers, and Banks to discuss credit matters and resolve issues
• Analyze customer financial statements and authorize or recommend credit limits
• Visit customers to assess credit worthiness and manage collections
• Prepare reports to monitor exposures
• Uphold internal credit policies and procedures
