We are looking for a “HR Business Partner” for our multinational client operating in Renewable Energy sector with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering is preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, 
• Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments, 
• Competence in coordination and organization issues, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business, 
• Understanding needs of the market and clients, 
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people, 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Building collaboration with employees and management.  

Job Description 

• General HR partnering with business, identifying needs of the business and acting on them 

• Help on internal organization, individual development plans, succession planning, HR risk assessment activities. 

• Follow up the Employee satisfaction operations and results. 

• Short & Mid Term HR strategies support (with HR professional view) 

• Support for recruiting process to local hiring managers. 

• Give support in onboarding and welcoming process of new employees. 

• Facilitate to be in place the basic infrastructure necessary for the employee starting from onboarding within coordination with Country Manager and Global HR teams. 

• Support managers with Local HR legal topics like communication with SGK, Ministry of Science (HR related scope), Iskur Etc., in alignment with internal HR legal experts. 

• Support managers with Compensation & Benefits topics in alignment with internal global Compensation & Benefits Expert. 

• Support in all people related topics of establishing process, 

• Support and manage employees office in & Out times tracking system to be established. 

• Support employee and organizational development plans set-up with HR professional view. 

• To take active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes in coordination with global HR team.
