We are looking for a "HR Manager" for our customer operating in "Marine" industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other related Exec position (experience in our sector would be ideal)
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Can do attitude
• People oriented, result oriented
• Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HR systems / data bases
• A flexible and open minded person
• Keen to start something from scratch

Job Description

• Recruitment: The HR Manager needs to have extensive experience in recruitment from A to Z. The person who will join us will be required to recruit initially the Heads of the Departments and then the rest of the staff.
• Developing and implementing all HR strategy and all related policies and procedures
• Being a champion and ambassador to the business
• Promoting a culture of ownership and accountability
• Employees’ relationships
• Bridge employees and management relations
• Performance Management
• Legal compliance throughout HR Management
