We are looking for a “Product Manager” for our global client about lighting sector in İstanbul with the following skills and the qualifications:

•       Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Faculty
•       Advanced level of English
•       Having knowledge in the lamp and LED industry
•       Ability to analyze products by working in integration with the sales team
•       Knowledge of production processes and quality process certificates
•       Able to execute supplier processes

 JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Create/Support product platform roadmap strategy for local manufacturing and manage the existing product line up
•        Lead new product programs and commercialization requirements to ensure timely execution and sound financials
•        Identify opportunities and develop improvements for critical product development processes
•        Good relationships with OEM manufactures on local market
•        Knowledge about the production and quality processes
•        Good negotiation skills
•        Analyze and incorporate market trends and industry research to provide product strategy insights
•        Conduct analysis of competitive product capabilities, cost and strategy for product pipeline considerations
•        Be the voice of the end user, owning product concept and specification development that drive value and serve needs/use-cases
•        Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and maintain key sales support material: product specifications, product catalogs, competitive cross-references, end user education materials, etc.
•        Clearly communicate and influence across all functions of both internal and external organizations
•        Support product packaging and education material development for new platforms
•        Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
•        Lead cross-functional teams, create consensus and drive execution
•        Need excellent organization, planning, problem solving, creativity and analytical skills
