We are looking for a ‘‘Production Director” for our client operating in project based valve production sector with the qualifications below;

EXPECTATIONS

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering major
• Project based production background is highly requested
• Experience of working in an international group on machining, coating, warehouse and assembling
• Tracking and controlling the production activities, proposing alternative solutions to problems
• Experience of developing and implementing production and maintenance strategies
• Experience of working on a management level in a global production company
• Providing 5S, lean management and Kaizen studies to be conducted at the production site
• Predicting HSE risks and working together with HSE Specialist for precautions
• Being strongly international orianted and must also possess expectional leadership demonstrating and ability to move and influence a large team towards a common goal and objective
• Demonstration of profciency in the use of Ms Office Programs necessary for the creation of visially and verbally engaging reports and presentations
• Ability and willingness to travel
