We are looking for a ‘’Quality Project Engineer’’ for a global company in Bursa plant.

•          Preferably graduated from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering and Industrial    engineering departments of universities.
•          Min. 3 years food industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
•          Advanced level of written and verbal knowledge of English.
•          Experience in managing Food Safety Management System.
•          Demonstrated experience in HACCP.
•          Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data and use it to drive improvement.
•          Conversant in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
•          Has a good command of using SAP QM module.
•          Experience in FSCC 2200 & ISO 9001 Certification.

Job Description:

•     Providing technical expertise as quality specialist to run the quality gannt chart of market projects, resolve internal issues by following food safety & complaince management system.
•       Identify and plan specific tasks and steps for quality complaince & food safety of the assigned relevant project by reviewing category dedicated internal & external procedures, instruction and tools, which are directly related to their area of concern and initiate their implementation flawlessy.
•    Execute risk assessment analysis from very beginnig until end of the project, to manage issues, minimize losses and do proper reporting of those assessment to project teams/ leads.
•     Follow each specific quality task eg: trials, experiments, bencmark studies through weekly operational reviews together with project team, proactively get in contact with stakeholders and experts in case of need and attend scheduled project meetings on time.
•      Do & complete all technical validations with proper documentation and recording, and handover the line/site/unit's operation team with detailed quality monitoring shemes, plans, SOPs, QRCs.
•      Promote quality awareness across the whole phases of a project by delivering training for specific areas of expertise e.g. hygiene, foreign body, haccp, pest control, cleaning validation.
