We are looking for a ‘’ Raw Material Planner’’ for a global company in Bursa plant.

• Graduated from Engineering departments at universities.
• Min. 2 years experience in a fast moving logistics.
• Preferably FMCG company work experience
• Knowledge of related SAP/ IT systems
• Advanced level of written and verbal knowledge of English.
• Experience and knowledge across a range of logistics activities, such as: warehouse and Inventory management, transportation and 3rd party and supplier management.
• Experience in Inbound materials management: production planning, material handling, stocks management.
• Knowledge of LEAN and value stream processes

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring that safety, healthy and environment practices are fully aligned with company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Train, guide, and coach department staff to ensure maximum contribution and team coordination. Provide ongoing feedback as necessary.
• Ensure that production scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, while minimizing production costs
• Manage, guide and develop the factory Material Handling team to ensure the warehousing operations for raw, packaging material and finished goods are aligned with company guidelines, norms and procedures.
• Responsible to ensure general maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) of pallets jacks, lift trucks and other material handling equipment is done in accordance to the preventive program.
• In partnership with the quality department, ensure that incoming materials from suppliers are in good order and properly stored, and that final products for customers leave in good condition.
• Responsible to align team objectives with business and factory needs, track meaningful KPIs and drive continuous improvement, productivity and the optimal use of resources.
