• University degree from relevant departments such as Business Administration, Engineering etc.
• 3+ years related experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel
• Background in supply chain and/or logistics and/or planning
• Experience using SAP-SNP/APO or other ERP statistical software packages
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical abilities

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage outbound flows from the warehouses delivering the local market, ensure the goods availability for customer orders, pilot the targeted stock level in coordination with Customer Service.
• Coordinates information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks situation.
• Control IDCs (International Distribution Center) and external providers performance (warehousing and transport) via KPI reviews and inventories. Analyze service complaints from customers and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage transport capacity and quality for inbound flows and customer deliveries. Depending on delegation, attend and support tenders and negotiation, conduct studies & cost analysis.
• Establish monthly distribution costs and accruals, in coordination with controllers. Check invoices. Do the relevant maintenance of master data and shipment costing tables, ensure the respect of procedures for articles phase in/out, stocks & flows management with business partners and for invoice control.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and parameters in SAP Demand Planning (baseline, promotions, PIPO, on short and mid-term horizon)
• Analyze forecasting performance (establishes monthly KPIs and analyzes gaps with S&M)
• Prepare data and drive monthly “Demand” S&OP process (with local sales and marketing organization, and in relation with Supply Chain)
• Manage phase in - phase out (with / without SAP DP - calculated forecast) by maintaining system information according to PIPO (phase in-phase out) process.
• Management of non-slow moving articles.
• Active role in SAP / B1 and APO implementations
• Drives continuous improvement of forecasting processes and systems with key users and central IT.
