We are looking for a "Process Executive" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Renewable Energy” sector.

Job Description:

• Process change executive, where you will need to take the lead and facilitate workshops with experts from different areas within Tower & Foundation but also with external stakeholders  
• Identify and secure continuous process improvement initiatives to contribute to a more efficient and effective product development setup  
• Provide document and process systems user support (super user) 
• Represent the entire Tower & Foundation organization in the process communities.
• Tower & Foundation process landscape owner, establish and maintain a process roadmap
• Monitor progress & timely completion of new or outdated processes  
• Ensure ongoing sparring and training of the organization to become conscious on new or upcoming process updates
• Be focal point to the IT roadmap and maintain common strategy.   

Qualifications: 

• You have a university degree in engineering.
• Ideally have more than 5+ years of experience in one or more areas of lean and continuous improvement in different functions such as product development, supply chain, project management, R&D 
• You have experience with market lead OEMs organizations and processes with strong cost conscious  
• Feel comfortable to develop a large network in a multicultural and dynamic environment, where you must be able to establish trust while driving the organization in terms of cost consciousness and approaching topics with a critical mindset  
• You are detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proactive with proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively
• Are self-driven and persistent while also being open, communicative, and pragmatic  
• You have excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (written and spoken)
