We are looking for a "Reporting Assistant Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Seaport Management Sector”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from a university, preferably in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are preferable),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
• Working knowledge of TOS is a plus (preferably Navis),
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description, 
• Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
• Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counselling and listening skills,
• Residence in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul,
• Willing and able to work in shifts,
• Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Effectively collect data from system and other departments in order to prepare monthly, shiftly, daily status and performance reports for all terminals,
• Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports that are in line with Global Logistics Center’s strategy,
• Prepare the key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the measurable goals of the Global Logistics Center,
• Retrieve and utilize information from the Navis system and manage the EDI files accordingly.
