Job Purpose

Managing people analytics and total rewards, supporting performance and other organisational development processes for Turkey, Middle East and North Africa.

Job Description

• Manage and analyse workforce data to generate meaningful business insights and play an important role in analysing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Build tools to bring our workforce insights to HR and a wide audience to drive actions from workforce data and insights.
• Plan & forecast of annual budget for salary increases, incentive programs and reward & recognition programs.
• Implement of reward policies and strategies throughout the market aligned with corporate human resources guidance in order to ensure that this will support the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating the talents.
• Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy.
• Flawless execution of offer preparation of compensation packages for New Hires & Internal Transfers.
• Provide globally or regionally required data.
• Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
• Management of job evaluation and analysis, grading and salary scale.
• Conduct salary and market research to define benchmarks.
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Conduct annual salary review process and performance bonus process.
• Preparation of regular audits and reports for information storage reasons.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferrably in multinational work environment,
• Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits practices and processes,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
• Solid problem-solving abilities,
• Structured with ability to create trustful relations and to network effectively,
• Embracing growth mindset,
• Proactive and solution oriented with a lot of integrity.
