We are looking for a “Senior Recruitment Specialist” for a leading global company.


Qualifications

  • Has solid experience in (Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing) and Functions (Finance & IT& Legal & External Affairs),
  • Min 2 years Hiring manager partnering and candidate relationship management experiences,
  • Min 3 years recruitment experience,
  • At least 1 year working experience in/with multinational company/customer or reputable Turkish company,
  • Advanced English level,
  • Digital Tool Usage Experience.


Job Description

  • Understanding the needs of the hiring manager in the relevant function and the relevant business lines, the scope and priorities of the position to be employed, at the beginning of the recruitment process,
  • Effective use of career platform of the client, which is used throughout the process for each position as a Candidate Management System (sending and evaluation of pre-qualification, SHL test and Digital Interview Stages, reporting, etc.),
  • Job posting via career platform of the client, Kariyer.net, LinkedIn etc.,
  • To follow the internal application system, to publish the announcements in the Internal Application system in line with the demand and to manage the recruitment process by evaluating the incoming applications,
  • Contacting additional candidates using the customer database, proactively communicating with and involving candidates on LinkedIn and Kariyer.net platforms,
  • Performing a CV scan in line with the previously determined criteria and sharing a short list that will meet the needs of the Recruitment Manager of the role in the relevant line of business,
  • Managing competency-based interviews with candidates and partnering with the Recruitment Manager of the role, in the relevant line of business, in this process, providing consultancy, relevant case study, etc. organization of talks,
  • Making all communication and interview organizations for the candidates throughout the process, completing the organizations for the candidates who need to travel, and monitoring the systemic operation through the career platforms,
  • Providing positive/negative feedback and feedback to all candidates during/at the end of the process, specific to each position,
  • Completion of reference checks and document checks of positive candidates,
  • Sharing the candidate salary expectation and current package information before the offer,
  • Creating a proactive candidate pool by using a customer database for the determined roles,
  • Identification of candidates to the orientation system,
  • Weekly and monthly reporting specific to all positions, sharing with business partners, presenting KPIs in weekly status meetings,
  • Ensuring network management with global and local stakeholders throughout the entire operational process, conducting the processes completely.
