We are looking for an “PRODUCT MANAGER" to work in our for business partner.

As an “PRODUCT MANAGER”, you will be responsible for production line activities and will work closely with Sales Team. The candidate we are looking for is the one who takes a proactive approach for improve production process and support the sales team as a technical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics of Electrial/Electronial (MBA prefered)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager and to support Sales. 
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Turkish and preferably in 3rd language.
• Technical background, with experience in biometric devices. 
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel 30% of the time

Job Description 

• Define the product strategy and roadmap. 
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritezed features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success 
• Brief and train the sales force at sales meetings 
• Brief and train the customers.
