We are looking for ‘Business Analyst  to our local project on insurance sector.

Your Profile

• BS. or MS degree in Computer Science or in Computer Engineering and relating departments
• Call center projects and Insurance Sector experience is plus
  
• Experience in technical analysis
• Experience in Agile methodologies, like Scrum framework and ceremonies and KanBan is a must
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent communication, mentoring and motivating skills

Major Tasks

• Analyzing clients’ needs in order to write analysis, specifications and project plan
• Supports Product Owner with product backlog generation and transforms all customer requirements into a roadmap.
• Practices continuous improvement on the processes, communication paths, methodologies and practices used in the project.
• Tracks project risks and adjust the backlog with risk response actions
• Ensures quick resolution and communication of all issues, risks and action items.
