QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requisite Education and Experience:
- University degree in preferably in business administration or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management preferably in an international organization
- Preferably having a consultancy company experience
- Preferably having PMP certificate
- Preferably knowledge and experience of OMNI Channel, Digital and CRM Projects
- Comprehensive business understanding of processes including complexity, interactions and dynamics within the organization
- Solid understanding of balance sheet and Profit/Loss dependencies
- Proven business process analysis skills i.e. ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and propose solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence others towards a common vision or goal
- Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources and systems
- Experienced in project management leadership across cross functional teams
- Fluent in English & Turkish
İŞ TANIMI
Purpose:
Support and successfully execute Strategic Plan of EM Turkey and Global PM by developing business solutions, improve processes and manage all critical x-functional projects.
Being the local overall in-charge of the assigned business development projects for EM Turkey.
Continuously improve the execution efficiency of the business development projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle
- Apply standard project management methodology to setup project control and drive successful project execution
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics related to change management before and after project go-live
- Lead the project on-site, implement project decisions and ensure sustainability of achievements
- Partner with business, IT and Senior Management, co-ordinate different streams & dependencies within and outside projects
- Creation and alignment of regular project status updates to EM Turkey GM & Leadership Team in alignment with the Global PM and communication of the same to all stakeholders
- Considers consequences, business and cost impact, and gives direction to enable fact-based decision making by creating transparency on local business process requirements
- Develop and implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations and solutions
- In cooperation with project managers develop new processes, standards or operational plans and deliver results with direct impact across EM Turkey structure
- Project reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Coach, guide and motivate local project members
- Secures Change Management, Communication Management and Training to ensure business readiness after the projects going live
- Dedicated support to BD Director & GM for the strategy and top priorities
- Preparation of company strategy documents with strong collaboration from Leadership Team
- Lead strategically important projects with the cross-function teams
- This position is temporary for 6 months
