• Degree in business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field,
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in accounting,
• SAP experience is an asset,
• Strong customer service skills,
• Strong collaboration and communication skills,
• Solid accounting knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP in particular in relation to AP,
• Finance and Law enforcement exposure,
• Fluent in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Fulfills necessary processes and represents the company at government bodies for store opening and closing.
• Follows, controls, handles bookkeeping of and reports retail store’s cash flow and daily transactions.
• Ensures that all documents necessary for (legal and internal regulations of) operating stores are collected.
• Controls and handles bookkeeping of store’s all income and expense transactions. Closes store’s accounts at month-end and solves related problems.
• Controls and renews store’s rent contracts in line with management’s directions and related taxes (stoppage, etc.).
• Makes sure that store’s stationery and supplies are provided by human resources unit.
• Provides support to ad-hoc general accounting processes and prepares reports requested by other departments for adidas Turkey
• Prepares reports requested by government bodies and financial adviser, carries out necessary correspondence and applications.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• Prepares balance sheet and income statement quarterly.
• Follows on personnel expenses reports & balances, shares with HR.
• Controlling weekly payments of vendors and personnel expenses.
• Follows month-end transactions, posting accruals and provision based on local GAAP and IFRS, evaluates FX with month-end rate, prepares fixed asset amortization reports.
• Controls credit card collections, ensures bank transfers and collections are carried out by informing Finance unit.
• Follows administrative processes of invoicing, contract and accounts related with Credit Card companies that adidas Turkey has agreements with on installments. Controls and handles bookkeeping of their invoices.
• Informs adidas stores of daily foreign currency.
• Prepares information requested by real estate owners (store endorsement, etc.).
