ADİL IŞIK GROUP, has first made an appearance and said hello to the fashion and retail sector in 1992, since then the Turkish fashion brand has been growing locally as well as globally.

Our first store outside of Turkey was opened in Russia in 2002. In 2010 the official name of the brand became adL; and in 2011 Love my body was built as a second member of the family. NightZoom joined adL as a subbrand in 2012.

Today 90% of Adil Işık Group products are domestic, a strong principle which gives us the opportunity to employ around 10.000 people in Turkey.

Adil Işık Group brands proudly represent Turkey’s labour in numerous sales points in Turkey and all around the world.

• 4 years’ University degree*,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong passion and potential for learning and development,
• Having good communication and managerial skills,

• Commercial awareness and business acumen,

At the end of 6 months you will graduate from “GENERATION "A" PROGRAMME” and become an expert on fashion retailing & management and will be directly assigned as SECOND MANAGERS in İstanbul located stores.

During the training period, management trainees will work in different stores with different roles to gain insight and self development on every aspect of business management.
