International E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (MENA/GCC)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering, business management or related fields from a reputable university,
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field such as in an E-commerce company or E-commerce department of fashion retail businesses,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. In addition Arabic would be a benefit,
- Closely following the innovations and developments in the E-commerce sector,
- Able to use MS Office Programs effectively,
- Able to work systematically, with advanced planning, organization and reporting skills,
- Teamwork prone,
- High reporting and presentation skills, result oriented,
- Having analytical thinking and problem solving skills, able to analyze data and reflect it to business processes,
- Strong negotiation skills are highly desirable in order to achieve monthly/yearly sales targets of accounts that the role will manage,
- Comfortable with working across departments and manage operational functions with a holistic mindset,
- Ability to travel abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end account operations including inventory management, sales and marketing reporting, and successful fulfillment of orders,
- Establishing the sales strategy of international marketplaces in line with the given targets,
- Monitoring P&L and financial data, ensuring efficiency,
- Investigation of new alternative channel potentials,
- Coordinating and controlling the preparation of monthly and weekly reports (sales, profitability, etc.),
- Close monitoring of logistics etc. support teams and informing the relevant units in case of disruption,
- Make sure Adil Işık Group products are clearly listed across the marketplace by updating the product and listing pages regularly,
- Increase traffic through marketplace tools and come up with solutions to increase product visibility, click through rate, conversions and other E-commerce metrics that will be the KPIs of this role,
