Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

• Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers

• Working closely with the sales team to give them every assistance they need

• Process customer orders and monitor customer accounts

• Collaboration with relevant departments regarding customer requests and complaints

• Prepare and arrange for delivering samples and keep their records

• Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review

General Qualifications:

• University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering

• Good command of English

• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (esp. excel & power point)

• SAP system experience is an asset

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position

• No restrictions for international travel

• Team competence and global thinking

• Able to work in a dynamic team environment and under pressure

• Residence in European Side of Istanbul

• Accounting knowledge is preferable

• No military obligation for male candidates
