IT Specialist

In our İstanbul-Maslak HQ, we are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications to be appointed as an IT Specialist at the IT Department;

Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities (Computer Eng. Mathematics Eng.),
• Preferably with between 3 and 5 years working experience,
• Good level in English,
• Able to adapt to high working tempos and change, learning fast, good at in analytical skills,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No restriction for domestic and international travel,
• Having experience in Physical and Virtual servers,
• Experience in Server, Desktop, Application virtualization (Vmware, Hyper-V, Citrix XenDesktop and Application),
• Having knowledge and experience in Network and Firewall devices (Routers, L2 Switches, L3 Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points (Cisco plus)),
• Having experience in MS systems (operating systems, exchange, SQL server, BitLocker),
• Having experience in MS Role and features (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS, CA),
• Having experience in Ms O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,
• Having experience in Patch Management and Antivirus management (SCCM, WSUS),
• Having experience in Backup, Restoration and Replication,
• Preferably to have knowledge about Log Management (CIEM),
• Preferably to have knowledge about network and system monitoring,
• Entry-level knowledge of MDM, DLP, PAM solutions,
• Intermediate SQL language knowledge.

Job Description

• To make new server installations and configurations. Taking action for problems that may occur by monitoring the performance of existing servers,
• Tracking the patches of all server and end user devices and doing them successfully,
• To carry out the backups of the systems on a planned basis and to test the backups taken on time,
• To monitor systems and logs and take necessary actions,
• Managing user accounts and mail accounts,
• Preparing reports at regular intervals in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
