• At least 2 years marketing experience on consumer goods,
• Fluency in English,
• University degree, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields,
• Strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions;
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
• Willingness to seriously work in enjoyable market,
• Preferred aged 24-28,
• Good command of Windows applications,
• Military duty completed for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Formulating long term and short term strategy objectives and preparing incremental plans for marketing and brand building and executing those plans,
• Ensuring development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans. The elements would include: Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising and other visibility initiatives), Media Planning, Packaging, Product Development,
• Following the annual sales & marketing budgets and competition in the market. Develops recommendations and action plans according to competitor’s activities,
• Planning and preparing the POS materials in coordinating with Sales Department and keep track of execution,
• Organizing the dress-up of the sales outlets according to visual merchandising standards of our brands,
• Developing relationships with the relevant licensee agencies as well as other 3rd parties in order to property market to its brands,
• Defining consumer research needs, designing of researches, analysis of results & taking actions, developing strategies on research results,
• Assisting in product, category development.
