QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for “Export Operation Specialist/Russia”to our factory located in Mersin.

•         Bachelor's degree from related departments in a reputable university,
•         Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles,
•         Knowledge about logistics & export process,
•         Good level of MS Office applications,
•         Strong communication & interpersonal skills,
•         No travel obstacle,
•         No military obligation for male candidates,
•         Very good command of Russian and English both written & verbal,
•         Live / Willing to live in Mersin.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Includes all export process to Russia region;

•         Drive process of operations,
•         Initiate and carry out customs processes,
•         Prepare customer documents and carry out system entries for operation,
•         Follow the customs processes of Russia and coordinate the process until the products are delivered to the customers,
•         Ensure the management of customer relations,
•         Procure information flows between production, shipping and logistics units,
•         Comprise files of export operations and present regular reports to the management,
•         Pursue Russian customs legislation and make regular notifications for the team.
