As of May 5, 2021, AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik continues its journey in line with the principle of equal partnership between Sabancı Holding and Ageas, a Belgian insurance company with a history of nearly two centuries, and 20 percent of the company's shares are traded in Borsa Istanbul with the code “AGESA”. Founded in 2007 as AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat, the company changed its name to “AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik” as of July 1, 2021.

We are looking form new team member in our Bankasurance Development and Performans Management Team!

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Prefably relevant experience  in marketing, customer management, product management or similar role,
• Strong analytical skills and good jundgment to solve problems,
• Strong communication, flexibility, collaboration skills.
• Dynamic, prone to teamwork.

Job Description

• Monitor customer retention and new acquisition performance of bank channel and in line with the company's strategies, introduce new initiatives to improve performance ,
• To increase customer loyalty and improve collection rates, coordinate studies between Akbank and AgeSA analytical departments,
• Evaluate results of analytical studies and propose and design new customer campaigns for customer retention and new acquisition, 
• Ensure effective collaboration between AgeSA stakeholders and Akbank in positioning new offers and campaigns,
• Involve in customer satisfaction, retention, and customer loyalty projects within the company, identify the needs of sales teams in addressing customer expectations.
