Reporting to Life Insurance Business Solutions Manager, we're looking for an Expert Business Solutions Analyst.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related with computer, software or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• +7 years of experience in similar sector or role such as system analyst, business analyst, product owner, etc.
• Life, health, general insurance domains’ experience is an asset
• Preferably hold certifications such as PMP, PSPO, PAL etc.
• Proven track record of business analysis on ICT projects running on the latest technology stack.
• Strong understanding on SDLC, ITSM, and integration methods.
• Great documentation writer.
• Solid knowledge for querying and modelling databases like MSSQL, Oracle DB etc.
• Software Development experience in early career is highly preferable.
• Awareness of new tech stack such as CI/CD components, micro service architecture components.
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT product management and leadership to efficiently deliver on roadmap.

Job Description:

• Be the IT owner of the responsible products and run the end to end activities.
• Accountable for quality of the responsible products’ for all SDLC phases; analysis, design, development, test, release.
• Understand the customers’ needs, identify requirements with regards to the value proposition, and prepare analysis documents.
• Investigate products technically with development teams and prepare functional design documents.
• Be an ambassador between business units and IT teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to discover and define business insights and needs.
• Follow up and take all responsibilities for IT product life cycle, demands, and projects.
• Prepare RFP and purchasing documentations.
