We are looking for a Software Architecture & Integration Development Manager to join Software Development Department.

Qualifications

• BS. or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering,
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy,
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on coding experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Open Source Technologies and Integration platform,
• Min. 5 years of leadership or team management experience,
• Knowledge and expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban),
• Experience and expertise in Domain-Driven Design, Mini Services, Micro Services and Cloud Architecture (OpenShift, Docker),
• EExperience and expertise in Management, DevSecOp, CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Gradle, etc.) and APM (Application Performance Monitoring),
• Experience and expertise in J2EE, Spring Boot and Web (Responsive, Javascript base like React JS) technologies,
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, planning, presentation, result-oriented and proactive skills,
• Very good command in English both verbal and written.

Job Description

• Provides technical representation and leadership to the software development team. Gives guidance to the rest of the developers in the team on the application infrastructure design and evolving system architecture,
• Provides overall guidance and motivation to developers,
• Responsibility for development for end-to-end cross-functional software architecture and system design,
• Implement enterprise and software solution architectur,
• Works closely with all levels teams (management, enterprise and solution architect) at appropriate points during the definition of the solution in order to ensure correct and consistent decisions are made in the infrastructure and software architecture design,
• Produces alternate design concepts & detailed approach,
• Ensures that new developed software integration, architecture and infrastructure satisfies technical design goals –Performance, Modularity, Reliability, Maintainability, Monitoring, Reusability and Accessibility – are met and followed by the team,
• Integrate on heterogeneous platforms and technology stacks including Java, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Legacy System and will leverage innovative open source toolsets, existing technologies and emerging techniques going forward,
• Responsibility for software source code quality assurance like code review, static code analysis, unit test,
• Validate delivery schedule and plans, guides the software release process,
• Ensure consistent and regular reviews of progress against agreed plans.
