We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our team in 

Istanbul - Esentepe-Şişli (at our head office) in the following position'IT Specialist'

dedicated personality in the following position : IT Specialist

IT Specialist will give report to General Manager.As well as , the person will be a part of global IT in Vienna, acting as a site administrator with limited authorization for this site only.

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills :

·       University Degree in Computer Engineering or other relevant branch 

        with IT

·       Minimum 3-4 years experience in the area of window server operation at 

          the manufacturing and preferably at multinational company

·       Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

·       Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·       Excellent communication and organization skills

·       Good interpersonal skills ,positive ,self motivated ,team oriented, proactive, dynamic.

·       Strongly developed analytical , organizational and time management

         competencies

·       Familiar with servers and internet maintenance, such as Cisco switch and Microsoft Hyper-V.

·       Skill in office equipment maintenance, AD management, and application 

         software knowledge.

·       Experience with good IT knowledge

·       Familiar with maintenance of label printers and scanners.

·       Holding certificate of CCNA or MCSE or Engineer or any other preferred

        certification.

·       Having driving license and no restriction for travelling

·       Residing in Istanbul

Job Description :

IT Site Specialist will act as a systems, storage, & network administrator and is 

responsible for the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of all servers 

and network equipment.

To implement and ensure the operation of the available IT infrastructure.

Is responsible for the reliable operation of the organization’s computer network,

hardware and software.

Be responsible for Endpoints and LAN Security KPIs

Being sure sufficient installation in order to full fill KPI requirements at both 

head office and plant for all IT related issues.

Ensure a state of the art IT environment (Clients, Network, Server)

Ensure reliable Backup and Recovery Systems for IT Infrastructure

Be responsible for mobile device management (MDM)

Determine, install and maintain Network Infrastructure

Setup WAN Connection to AGRANA HQ and implement Firewall rules in 

alignment with Corporate IT

Set up and manage a local network based on rules of technic

Support, install, configure, test and troubleshoot end user workstations, servers,

networks, printers and applications. This includes devices used for shop floor data collection in the plant.

Coordinate the management of enterprise class of IT Infrastructure with global networking base on Cisco and Hyper-V.

Support for preparation of the near future SAP-Roll, include maintenance of IT 

devices in shop floor, such as label printers and scanners.

Support the global operation of active directory systems.

1st level support in SAP questions for key users and users

Exchange and support with other regional experts and locations regarding SAP 

issues.

Recording and tracking of errors (incidents) in SAP Solution Manager

Development of changes / suggestions for improvement in SAP together with the specialist departments.

Create and track Change requests in SAP Solution Manager

Execution of tests, release of program adaptations and updates for production 

operation

Participation to IT Conference at head office Vienna once in a year.

Train and support users in daily operations. Preparation of training documents 

and implementation of training courses in the respective specialist areas
