Job description

+ Determined sales of products in line with company targets and market conditions 

+ aimed at achieving goals

+ manage the operation

+ Determining the actions to be taken on a product basis according to the sales speed,

+ Supervising the e-commerce team and making the necessary directions,   

+ Identifying strategies to improve and develop e-commerce performance

+ implementation

+ Regular control of E-Commerce software processes, resolution and follow-up of errors

+ Follow-up of advertisements for website promotion,

+ By following the supply and stock status of customer orders through the system

+ To ensure after-sales customer satisfaction,

+ Customer feedback, complaints, performance, and activity regarding e-commerce processes 

+ Prepare and present reports to senior management  

+ Necessary information, reports, developments regarding their duties and responsibilities
