Export Sales Support Specialist

We are now looking for a " Export Sales Support Specialist " to be a member of our Export Department.

Export Sales Support Specialistwill be responsible for;

· To follow up all the processes from entering the orders into the system to the realization of the shipment, and to perform the information flow,

· To coordinate with other departments in all matters concerning sales processes,

· Perceiving customer needs at the stage of product delivery by order, producing solutions, providing fast and systematic solutions to their complaints,

· Preparing and presenting the requested reports,

· Supporting the preparation and follow-up of export documents, when necessary,

·Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,

·Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company's and the customer's accounts,

· Developing and maintaining good working relationship with customers,

· Being first point of contact for distributors and coordinating all sales support activities,

· Preparing proposals and sales contracts  with costumers,

·Taking an active role for sales forecast and achieving sales targets,

Qualifications;

·University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields

· Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and·Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Proficiency in MS Office applications,

· Ability  to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible  and work under stress and pressure,

· Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic; reliable and team worker,

· Excellent coordination skills with clients

· No military obligation for male candidates
