Job description

• Communicate with users whose service period has expired
• Analyze customer reviews,
• Manage the company's social media channels, including online platforms,
• Suggest new ideas and concepts for social media content,
• Answer questions on Reddit and forums
• Contribute to product positioning and brand management plan,
• Determine innovative thinking and strategies for target product customer expectations,
• Work on the determination of strategies for new products to be included in the product range,
• Write monthly e-bulletins and sending them to subscribers,
• Take an active role in every job that is necessary for the job,

Qualifications

• Advanced English (TOEFL 95+, IELTS 7+ or C1 Level) 
• Preferably graduated from related departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field,
• Having a creative and innovative perspective with visual skills,
• Skilled and visionary in visual design,
• Able to monitor and coordinate work in multiple fields,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Interested in research, open to development / high time management, planning, follow-up management and organizational skills,
• Good communication skills and will work harmoniously in the office environment,
• Prone to teamwork, well written and verbal communication, successful in human relations,
