• Minimum university degree (electronic or computer engineering preferred), MBA degree is a plus
• At least 3 years of product management experience with networking devices , embedded software. Prior embedded Linux SW development experience is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile SW development methodologies
• Knowledge of IP networking, broadband, WiFi and IPTV technologies
• Having know-how of the Broadband and Broadcast operator market, industry trends
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to negotiate features and change requests from customers and turn them into requirements for R&D
• Ability to manage key product partnerships
• Ability to proactively work with the sales teams to develop new business
• Having crisp communication and excellent presentation skills
• Being customer and sales oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all aspects of AirTies’ SW running on Mesh Extenders
• Lead marketing and product definition, overseeing product development, deciding product release, conducting beta, launch, demand creation and end of life processes of product(s)
• Introduces new product(s) to market and communicate product(s) features and benefits to both internal and external audiences
• Has significant contact with customers/partners at a strategic level, ensures that their requirements and changing market demands are incorporated into product design and development
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of change requests, bugs and roadmap feature items ensuring work focusus on maximum value. Clearly define end-to-end use case and requirements of features, and impact on other features. Frame “Definition of done” for all items in the backlog
