JOB DESCRIPTION

• Publish job advertisements via related local and international career portals
• Screen and filter job applications and provide a long list of the job vacancies   
• Coordinate an interview organization for Headquarters and international countries when necessary
• Enter the related information of the candidates in the system and keep HR data updated
• Follow up employer branding operations including campus activities
• Support the project studentship/internships programs
• Actively playing role in all HR projects and activities

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant recruiting experience preferred
• Actively playing role in the recruitment process
• Experience with using online recruitment portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong skills in MS Office programs
• Very good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Energy and positive attitude
• Desire to learn more about recruiting and human resources
